Been feeling lots of anxiety lately. Then it hit me that all the stuff I’ve been stressing over and feeling anxious about are all things I can act to get rid of. So this morning, I set myself to ass kicking mode at work. After an 11 hour work day, I am now at home, still trying to retain that motivation to stay in kick ass mode. And now I’m working to make sure that all the stuff I worried wouldn’t work out will actually work out.
I guess the worst thing to do when you’re stressed out and worried about something is to not even do anything about it. And as cliche is this post is, and as much as I’m sure I’ll delete this later after I realize how I sound like someone who would buy a neon colored tang top at forever 21 and wear it to coachella, I am pretty glad I remembered to feel empowered enough to truly say “fuck that shit, I’m going to do something about it.”
